Ah yes, Maho once again causing trouble among Saito's friends. One thing she shouldn't of done is fooling around with her health.

And of course, she takes yet another opportunity to get close to Saito...in his bed. Nothing really surprises me anymore about her tactics but I have to admit that the amount of drama she adds to this show is quite amusing.

What separates this show from the average seasonal harem bait slop is the focus on Akane and Saito so I’m not a fan of the bait with Maho at the start of the episode. I appreciate that they fleshed her character out with that hospital conversation. I don’t think she’s an evil person or anything but I just really can do without expanding this love polygon. Cmon we wanna see the main couple grow!

Himari and Shisei are more than enough support for this show and speaking of Himari, now that she knows they live together things are going to get really interesting.

This anime finally getting a little bit more serious, but Saito is still up to no good, undeserving of several girls fighting over him.

it finally happened Himari found out they are living together but it seems she didn't find out about the marriage yet.
Next week should be interesting.
Momo going hard again this episode and it backfired on her which was only a matter of time.
We learned a few things about her tho.

@Marinate1016 The main girl is not much better and quite frankly, rather plain. At least the little sister creates all sort of mayhem and shenanigans that moves the plot.

Shisei borgar

On one hand, the fact Akane and Saito feel so much more at ease with discussing their living arrangement in the classroom proves that they've grown even closer than they can admit. On another, there's an obvious reason they agreed to ...not do that.

I guess that wraps up Maho’s arc. It was ok, but it didn’t really move the main story forward.

Such a based episode. Saito never gets swept up in Maho's schemes and always tries to figure out wtf is wrong with her xD
Peak romance moment around the 15:30 mark despite not being able to say it directly of Akane wanting to ask Saito when he would come home.

And that is one amazing to be continued stinger with the camera revealing the gyaru at the end 👍

I actually thought Himari knew that they were living together and was acting like she didn't but now she knows for sure. This goes to show that both Saito and Akane have gotten more comfortable with each other by speaking about their living situation at school. Speaking of Akane, I didn't care for her accusing Saito of seducing both her friend and sister as they both were going after him but at least she wants him back home, even if she still cannot admit that it's moreso for herself than for her grandmother.

"I'm ready to eat all the food and all the staff."
That's my imouto.

"Well, duh, I snuck it to jump you."
That's my girl."

"Nothing like snarfing junk food behind you doctor's back."
Too true, I do testify.

I will be ready to take two of the makeine from this show, and (with a bit of needed maturation) teach them what harem really means, perhaps even Evil Overlord style. Shisei, however, is allocated to the darling gremlin imouto zone.

"I am terrified, I don't know when won't be able to stand up, I don't know when will I die. So I am doing all the things I wanted to do now"

If Maho has 1 fan that's me, if she has 0 I got bored from this.

I really enjoyed how people jumped to conclusions last time and painted her as bad one where she only wanted to make her sister happy. She is ready to sacrifice her health, happiness and life to keep Akane happy. Best girl and best sister✌️

If these two specially Akane was more honest with themselves lots of these drama could have been avoided (the one coming next episode too). And Akane probably is that party girl they are mentioning. Yeah....
Best episode so far I really like Maho and Saito has been getting better slowly. But unrealistic as hell who tf in their right mind is resisting Maho in that look.

She has a point.

@WaterMage Brain activity, always a big calorie use, and even much larger for some like Shisei and me. I was a massive eater in late teens and early adulthood, complete with winning eating contests, and skinny as a rail. I did not burn is muscles, I did not have much and was not very physically active. I burned it up in my brain which was always go go on multiple subjects at once. You can see that is Shisei as well. A true sister for me.

I found it incredibly hard to be sympathetic to Maho in this episode; she’s two faced, trying to wreck her tsundere sister’s relationship and I would genuinely understand if Akane gave her a hard smack across the face (which she would wholly deserve)

As expected, Maho was just doing it to try to spare Akane, even if it backfired since Akane really does like Saito, even if she won't admit it even to herself.

A little counter-productive to kick both of them out together, when she was upset that they were together in the first place. She should have predicted what happened next.

But Himari knows now, even if only part of it. I'm sure more shenanigans will ensue.

So she never really got better. They just stabilized her condition with medication & let her pretty much do as she pleases. Apparently she is incurable, & may still die. OK, I feel a little bit of sympathy. But still, what she did was wrong, but just maybe Akane may start to be more honest with her feelings.
Oops, now Himari knows they live together after all those denials about a relationship. I can see some drama coming from this! Her BFF lied to her face. LOL

My initial thought about Maho's intention was spot on (i never read the manga). I don't think she's the worst character in this anime because of that. It maybe a bit distasteful but she's just a kid, and cares a lot for her sister even though it angered Akane a little bit. I can't wait for the next episode now that Himari found out about them living together.

class no daikirai is simple, it varies depending on the viewer's vision, saturated......but, it's an anime that I'm really enjoying and it's one of the best romantic comedies that I'm following, it's well directed and the scenes that are cliché are fresh with an interesting approach. the comic scenes are very funny, the chibi in this work is a main feature, it is primitive and almost all the works use chibi in humorous scenes, but class no daikirai makes this part of the work because there is so much of it, there are episodes that don't even last 5 seconds... there are already comic scenes with chibi and that's it. a canonical event if you're talking about humorous scenes in class in daikirai is that you mention the best character in that work, yes, shise. She is different from the others and stands out as sweet, knowledgeable, funny, and especially funny. She's the one who makes some episodes move forward and her parts are very random, she carried episode 4. The romance scenes are excellent and it's cool to see that Saito and Akane have evolved so much.... before everything was a reason for the two to fight, even if the wind hit Saito and it wasn't for Akane she would start a fight over it. The work wanted to make it very clear that they hated each other, even a lot, it was rubbing it in the face that they didn't like each other and that if one were 5km away from the other it would already cause shock. However, we realize that now this no longer happens, as a sign of maturity on the part of both of them, who are gradually realizing that they don't hate each other but rather like each other. It's really cool to see that both Saito and Akane are developing not only as a couple, but growing in maturity as well. Now what's really needed is for both of them to stop deceiving themselves, that doesn't work anymore, the feeling comes out on its own and at some point it's going to explode if they keep keeping it in..... what I know is that, even so, disagreements are inevitable, especially when talking about Saito and Akane, but they still have a long way to go on the roads of their hearts and it's fun to see them fight hahaha, it's almost always Akane who leads hahaha she even fights because of him apologizes. It's the famous thing that doesn't always work, right......"opposites attract"..........

How on earth did they not spot Himari standing right there lol when she's close enough to over hear them both. Would've been better to have her standing outside but hey ho.

Interesting episode, we find out that Maho actually hates Saito and was only seducing him to save Akane from being forced to marry someone. I have mixed feelings about Maho honestly, but I get where she is coming from. She does add a considerable amount of spice to the series however, so I can't complain.

speaking of spice however, what I touched upon just now about Himari over hearing Saito and Akane talking about living together (again basically close enough to where you could practically hear her breathing) regardless, I think this was bound to happen sooner or later so the drama that this will have on Akane and Himari's relationship should be interesting. After all, Akane has lied to her all this time after Himari confided in her that she likes him. Akane should've straight up told her the situation instead of playing with her emotions, and making it seem like she had a chance with him... although of course, she never meant to hurt her or toy with her, ultimately this is exactly what she ended up doing, so it'll be interesting to see what happens from here.

I am in the middle of the episode and why is this anime becoming an harem. There are only one or two other males in this story is as if they have the classrom and only 10% of the time others come. I am not complaining but there is some plot missing here . SO maho wants Saito but they didnt contact to get a divorce nor are they reacting to it but she is still trying for some reason. Apart from that the show is funny and the characters themselves are well written

I don't know why but I somehow like Maho more than Akane... 😳
But both of them have great casts, so both girls have great characters in their plots...
It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

"I want my sister to be happy. Better f*ck her husband!" —Maho, probably.

And Akane with just letting that slide like her revealed "motives" were forgivable? Sorry, but if I walked in to catch my spouse in bed with my underage sister wearing lingerie and they didn't IMMEDIATELY explain that motive (Saito's "I can explain..!" doesn't count because even he didn't know the real reason yet), I'm calling the f*cking cops.

Maho's character makes no sense and the writing was ass. Unless that psycho is literally diagnosed with some mental illness/disability that makes her act so unhinged, it's just poor writing trying to make her interesting.

Towards the end, Saito managed to admit his true intentions of wanting Akane to be happy, and what he gets in return is :

"I dislike being under the same roof as you, but I don't want Grandma to find out you aren't at home. I'd be yelled at if she finds out".

At that point, screw Grandpa's company. No heritage is worth this daily-basis BS.

I already never liked tsunderes. Akane makes me dislike the idea of tsunderes much much more.

This show went from being mildly interesting yet mostly generic lovecom to being a very interesting car crash you just can't look away from.

Everything's just so generic and obvious, but the plot moves ridiculously fast that you can't help but be engaged. There's just so much visual noise on the screen, each scene moving from one to the next without any sort of transition. Maho's the icing on the cake, just the most annoying but also weirdly schizo characters I've seen in a long time.

Honestly though, I feel like the main premise of the show is interesting and the main leads are very likeable. I know that modern manga adaptations mean absolutely 0 modifications to the source material, as people hate anything that's not a faithful adaptation, but this show could've really used some serious changes.

At the very minimum, slow the fkn pace by skipping some scenes from the manga. Based on some quick skimming, it looks like they barely skipped anything from the 29 chapters adapted so far, each about 25-35 pages. They could've cut some chapters and let the scenes breathe a bit, focusing on the main leads.

Oh well, it's still an enjoyable watch, but probably not for the reason they intended.
