Join us on a journey through time to discover the processes behind these traditional foods, their unique flavors, and the role they play in the identity of the community. We will taste Tunta, Charqui chuño and cook Huatia.
We will learn the history of Cerro Inca Pucara, a site full of culture and mysticism, and we will understand the richness of this land and its traditions.
