IMO, whatever is the context (aiden task, new branch / bonus storyline) the expression says she is witnessing something that is not really sexual in nature.
The description says "looming", so to me it is either the result of her task and the possible implications (e.g. the pictures of the paintings, something that she had to do...) or something that she was not supposed to see, which could give her leverage for example over Aiden or Bennet, or, worse, something that will endanger even more her position in the blackmail path, or a complete different event that starts the "totally new branch" (and there all the bets are open).
Not yet. Next update is Aiden's task #4, an optional Don Morollo event, and a "special" bonus scene. So pretty much a snooze update, if there ever was one as much as we can actually believe the hype of this update.

We were already at that point with the previous PD. His current rate is looking closer to 2.5 years per PD. Clearly unsustainable! I have concurred w/GingerSweetGirl that the second of ten releases is the tell all. So, on this we agree. Re AWAM I was foolishly optimistic when L&P announced the move to new shorter updates. I knew that we would be unlikely to get first shorter update by end of Dec'21 (from a 20/11/21 startpoint) but allowing for extra family time off for Chsitmas / New Year, I was one of those that naively hoped for the first of shorter updates by mid Jan'22.
I have seen his posts on the "new" thing he is collaborating on, and I can understand trying new things take time. But I remain sceptical as to what benefit this would bring, as opposed to simply getting the basic work done faster. But I am assuming this new thing is what his Patreons want and I am not botthered about, and as a non-Patreon I have to accept that I don't get a say in that decision, which is fine.
But on the other hand it does show that L&P appears to be belatedly listening to his Patreons and even more belatedly actually doing somethng about it. I obviously hope this new collaboration works well and L&P is satisfied. We have got 10 days before L&P would miss mitting the end of Jan'22 for this update i.e. at least two full months. I guess we are just going to have to give him a bye on this month's update speed as he takes stock for Act Two of the story, and introduces this new change. So that simply put the time sensitive point to the second update of this year - can he get out a quick update in just a month?
If not, then allowing that some updates will be by their very nature longer in scale and / or complexity, then we won't be able to get one Playable Day in-game done in less than a year in real time.....
